    The light was sent broken and it is not new. The seller said it was new but it is not and he still sent it broken.

    I have stated in the description that there was damage and a small chip on the headlight, as shown in listing pictures perfectly showing where the mark is and the buyer still left me a negative review about the scratch on the taillight. I believe I don’t deserve this feedback at all because I did everything I can do, state it in the description and show a clear picture of what they’re receiving. This feeeback is hurting my seller ratings and impacting sales.
