    The brake rotor arrived on-time and was in the condition as described in the listing. Hex bolt attachments were included which was more than I was expecting for the price I paid. The rotor was shipped in a rigid sleeve to prevent warping. All in all, a very positive experience!

    While we always strive to give our customers the best experience, this one baffles us. The customer never reached out regarding an issue with the part. After seeing the feedback, we reached out to the customer, who told us that he had modified the part by heating it up and now it does not fit. We still offered a return, but the customer refused to communicate. They seemed more frustrated that one of their offers on the part was declined. We would still love to help. Hope to hear from you
