      I got sent a pair of slippers that were totally the wrong order (I received South Park slippers instead of Simpson slippers). Poor customer service when contacted, wasn’t even apologetic. Would not buy again.

      I total buyer that they need to send the wrong pair back and then the correct pair would be sent. The buyer refused to send incorrect pair back plus they wanted full refund and correct pair sent out for their inconvenience. So because mistake was made with labels the buyer expected 2 sets of slipper for nothing which was never going to happen
