    Yeah, bad here too with negative feedback without contacting me first! I sent you a return label (At my cost) and told you not to use the eBay label, but you used the eBay label and ignored my label. Then I refunded before the item was returned, and you rewarded me with negative feedback. There was never a need to open a case if you had just communicated so I could send the correct item and a return label for the wrong item you received. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS A SELLER
