part that I ordered had a tilt release lever on it the steering column that I received the lever was broke off. this was the main reason for purchasing this column. seller was going send me a shipping return label but I never received it.

Buyer sent pictures of a different item from a different listing claiming broken part, requested a $70+ partial refund for a $10 lever which I declined. I told the buyer no problem, open a return you'll automatically get a prepaid return label, buyer didn't open a return. Buyer couldn't follow instructions, can't help buyers like this, it's not rocket science :)
