Well packaged but colour varies and photos may not accurately convey the true colour. Also felt Seller is very condescending and insulting when trying to address concerns.

Ops! our discussion wasn't about photos but the fact you cannot find the bridge in the obvious place it is supposed to be. No reason to feel insulted, I just advised you how to set up the bridge properly, how to tune the violin, and advice you that you need a bow to play the violin and the bow needs rosin to operate other will be no sound. If you are still unhappy a full refund is immediately available. What else can I do for you, my Dear Customer?
