Hat had a fair amount of staining not mentioned in listing. Only one picture of hat appeared in the listing showing front only. Picture was cropped omitting top, back and sides of hat with the staining. Contacted seller who acted as if they didn’t know hat’s condition, which seemed unbelievable. I shared multiple photos and seller succumbed. Reached a compromise but pretty disappointed with omission of information. Would rate lower but other item was in acceptable condition.

Upon opening the package, the first thing I noticed was the split box end. This was not in any of the auction photos nor mentioned in the description. I contacted the seller and he made the transaction right after some discussion. My recommendation to buyers is to contact the seller with questions about any item before placing a bid or making a purchase. My recommendation to the seller is to post photos of ALL ANGLES/SIDES of any item being sold and disclose any damage in the description.
