I quit responding because I had to block the buyer due to abusive comments
I have a full return and refund policy. 100% refund. He did not want to return the item and continually demanded a refund. When he finally returned it, he returned the wrong item. But he still received a refund. eBay will most likely remove this feedback as they had found in my favor
