Works but the item was used enough that I’m not sure it should have been labeled “open box.” It was shipped quickly and packaged well. Pics are from right out of the box and prior to use. The abrasives look to be contaminated with material from the blade holder. Blade holder shows signs of being ground down a bit from the abrasives.
