Received the dress that has a lot of flaws/damage that was not on the description. I informed the seller ASAP but seller said she is unaware of the alterations and doesn’t accepts return because of possibility that item could be worn and return (messaged the seller as soon I inspected the dress same day that was delivered even passed 2hrs). My advice is try to double check your items before sending them out and be honest on the condition
