Tip top communication and expertly packaged. Free post on this item and for a 4 inch item it was securely boxed in an 8 inch cube. Totally superb. Free post for me but £5.09 on the parcel. Deffo not the cheapest way to do it, but the safest n best. So happy even prompt and polite reply. Can not praise this guy enough. Even signing off correspondence with 'x' (lol) didn't evoke a sour response 10/10
