Packaging was poor for a $150 graphics card. Was wrapped in bubble wrap, paper, and a brown slip mailer. The PCB is slightly warped and the mounting bracket got bent from postal workers throwing it around. Thankfully the card still works.

Thanks. one problem. it's working great but the fans are not working????? the fan power lead cable is plugged into the port on the card's board (as it was shipped) but why are the fans not working???? it's running at 60F which is fairly warm for a card to run at, yes?
