Imagine the disappointment, when I received an order that was damaged. I opened the pkg. and noticed the case on the usb was broken, but when i looked for the piece that had broken it was not in the pkg, meaning the part was knowingly sent broken. in addition, the wire had been damaged in several places. I had to splice the wire and ended up with a wire about 3" long, however when i finished the repairs i was able to get the item to work. I purchased a $6.95 item for .99 cents, so I guess OK ???
