Got an ender 3 v2 neo. Great delivery time product was in great shape. Awesome 3d printer auto bed leveling and and even semi automated tramming with cr touch. Quick setup and quality prints. Can’t speak to customer claim resolution because luckily haven’t had to. Product came in amazing condition with the newest firmware. Been running it non stop for a week or two now and haven’t had an issues. Would recommend.
