When I opened the package the hinge was off the carrot. It was in half. I understand the carrot was repaired. But the hinge part was off. Not very happy.

I offered you an apology, a return, and a refund. And you still gave me negative feedback? I'm not sure what more I can do to meet your expectations. I'm very sorry this item arrived with the hinge off. I've sold hundreds and hundreds of these, and this does happen from time to time due to the age of these. I would never ever intend to sell something broken and I would have refunded your money had you just asked.
