they really took the bags and boards off the books and shoved them into a bag >:(

This is done intentionally to protect the books. They're not "shoved" into a bag, the inference there being that the books are all bent up, they're modern age books put into a silver age bag with boards on both ends to protect the books from shifting in multiple bags. Obviously if the books had been damaged, that would have been the feedback. Our goal is to deliver safely, apologies if we didn't do it in the "style" you'd have preferred. -ACC
