The sleeve hole was slightly too small for the diameter of my Akai 4000 D's capstan. However, as the material is hard polymer, it was easy to use fine sandpaper to enlarge the hole slightly. Now the sleeve fit is perfect and my Akai deck has got two speeds again. Thank you!
