Was actually used (had been retaped shut, contained zip bags, some things were assembled already). Poor communication from seller. I messaged about the issue. 5 days later, no reply. I opened a return request. 2 days later, still no reply, but the request was approved. 11 days later, I finally got my full refund. The seller never once replied to me. A simple "sorry, my mistake" would have made such a huge difference.
