This buyer bought a bracket with photos of the specific bracket provided. The buyer opened a return claiming that we sent the wrong item, but in his comments he said he ordered the wrong item. The item he was sent is the item he ordered which was pictured in the listing. Now the buyer leaves a neutral feedback stating he received 2 of the same items??? This buyer had to be reported to eBay for abusing policies in both returns and feedback so the buyer will likely be removed from eBay soon.
