Item arrived quickly and was packaged very nicely. Condition was just as good or even better than pictures. Headcover seemed brand new. Was a little concerned at first as inquiries about the status of shipping were never addressed directly by the shipper, however tracking was sent by end of the day. Very satisfied with item, would have appreciated better communication is all.
