Seller was difficult, refused my reasonable offers for a sweatshirt; insisted on selling price & shipping costs as listed although "Make Offer" was indicated. Went ahead and bought the item, paid the full amounts but when I received it ...cannot wear it as it's to small. Contacted seller to return for a refund, but I was refused and basically told it's my problem. I'm a long time ebay buyer and will never again purchase from this seller again.

You chose to still purchase the item, which you didn't have to do. It is on all of my listings that I do not accept returns so that was clear from the beginning.
