I am consistently impressed by the quality of the bows from melodywoods. This is my third bow from them, this one is for camping, so I didn't need much. This bow is slightly tip-heavy (I prefer balance more towards the frog), but there is simply nothing better until spending at least $250. This carbon fiber weave bow has medium response, medium flexibility, powerful tone. Excellent finish and workmanship, well haired. In my opinion even intermediate players would find this bow very good.
