DEVOLUCIONES

Los pedidos son en firme. Ninguna devolución será aceptada sin previa autorización, excepto:

• Pieza defectuosa. Le enviaremos otra pieza a cambio o le devolveremos el importe del mismo en caso de no disponer de la pieza solicitada incluyendo los gastos que le ocasione la devolución* (siempre y cuando la pieza no haya sido manipulada). En los dos casos tendrá que devolvernos previamente la pieza defectuosa.

• Pieza equivocada. Si hemos cometido un error al tramitar su pedido por supuesto que puede remitirnos la pieza equivocada. Y le enviaremos otra pieza a cambio o le devolveremos el importe del mismo en caso de no disponer de la pieza solicitada, incluyendo los gastos que le ocasione la devolución*. En los dos casos tendrá que devolvernos previamente la pieza equivocada.

• En caso de que el error sea del cliente a la hora de tramitar el pedido, le enviaremos otra pieza a cambio y si no disponemos de ella, le devolveremos el importe del mismo. En este caso, será el cliente el que se haga cargo de enviar de vuelta el recambio a devolver a nuestras instalaciones.
