I purchased Faries desk lamp from this seller and When order arrived I got nothing but the empty box with cardboards. I contact them and no respond. This is a scam. Very disappointed.

I responded to buyer, then contacted eBay. eBay decided in my favor and closed buyer’s case. Don’t know how lamp was routed to Thailand buyer, I sent to USA address on file. Return period was 14 days. Buyer contacted me after 44 days, demanding full refund, based on photo of emptied box.
