Package was shipped wrapped in cardboard with no padding. Nothing on the box indicated it was fragile. When I opened the box the front of the CPU was cracked and multiple pieces fell out of the unit when I picked it up. There are still more pieces rattling around inside of it. I have not even tried to plug it in yet but is was obviously damaged on its way to me.
