The information provided at the time of sale of the bag does not correspond to reality. The photos showed a tag and a brand new bag. I received a bag without any tag, full of stains and whose original pink color is not what it is today, so dirty is the bag .I wrote directly to the seller : he told me : it was sitting on a shelf in our warehouse. I do know they are machine washable...... This was never disclosed at the time of sale.... I find this very dishonest
