Why didnt you reach out to me and ask for a return ot resolution before leavkng bad feedback? The item was fully tested before shipping and it worked as it should have I have pictures to prove it. Sometimes things happen in shipping or your "installer" coild have caused the problem... Regardless I would have been happy to help if you gave me the chance.
