    Seller admitted they couldn't find the item to ship, but I couldn't cancel the order because they told eBay it had already been shipped when it hadn't. The tracking shows the item was never shipped. They refused to the cancel order or to provide a refund. Save yourself the stress of dealing with this seller.

    I feel bad for the seller because they can't find the item that I purchased. (I've never left negative feedback, and I don't want to.) I'd like to remove this feedback and leave no rating at all, but I don't understand why they're keeping my money.

    This feedback is inaccurate.I never said item was missing but the final had gotten misplaced in a recent store move. I apologized & asked buyer to please be patient I knew it would be found, and it was. I had already purchased the shipping label, so it showed as shipped. I never intentionally misled this buyer. Buyer chose to be impatient. I would gladly have shipped and given a discount for the delay. Buyer chose to escalate and will now receive a full refund, unless they still want item.
