As I pulled the map out of the envelope it stuck to the fresh glue on the envelope and could not be removed. We tried several ways to include heating up the glue and slowly trying to remove the map away from the envelope. Nothing worked. What resulted? The map was torn on the left side making the map unuseable. Could you please send me another map im a different envelope for shipping?
