We would be happy to refund you on this item since you are dissatisfied. You messaged us at 4am to state the item only had music for sound and you were dissatisfied in the grainy images. It's videos compiled from the 1950s and the DVD has on it "COLOR SILENT WITH MUSIC". We didn't make the DVD - we're just a reseller of used items. You're leaving a review on the content of the DVD that we have no control over. We shipped quickly, you received it in 4 days, undamaged and as described. Be fair.
