Read all the description but missed the small. Jut about item damage. I thought it was just the packaging. Such a special purchase so very disappointed. The robins tail is near to coming off.. but just a bit bent. Seller just stated others are happy with the purchase. Beautiful item if it’s just a small flaw! This one’s going in the bin!

Customer ordered a new item with faults. On the listing it is under the category NEW OTHER and is also on the item description. Sold many of these faulty items without complaint but then the customers did read that they were buying a faulty item. Offered them to return item but they decided to leave a negative review. NICE
