The steel wheel for my I 20 was heavily and rusted I had to get it shot blasted at extra cost so I won't be using eBay for car parts again

You can Clearly see in the pictures that the wheel was rusted, steel does rust, this was removed from a 2009 reg car so 15 years old. The wheel was £15 with a tyre that had 6mm tread left, so the price was heavily reflected. The wheel was not in-safe to use, purely cosmetic, sold as a cheap spare wheel to put in youre boot in case you have a puncture on the side of the road. Unfair to leave a negative comment when the pictures showed clearly what you were buying and price heavily reflected.
