I purchased this item from valerie 196, seller canceled sale and refunded money claiming the item was damaged. Now a week later the item is re-listed, item number 256460716384, same item! Apparently seller felt the item did not sell for enough money. If this is not against ebay police, it certainly should be! I do not believe this is fair practice and will block this seller from my ebay
