The car had several broken parts that had to be glued because, while it was thoroughly bubble wrapped, the wrapping had been done too tightly without any box creating distance between the car and the wrapping, causing the plastic parts to be bent and broken. I am giving it a neutral rating because I don't think it was done on purpose, and you could tell the seller had wrapped it well, but the item was damaged and I had to repair it after receiving it.
