Upon getting PC I replaced the HDD with a spare SSD and added some RAM, the inside of the PC for being older and used was exceptionally clean. I will definitely keep this seller in mind for any further home lab projects in the future.

Ordered this and it arrived in a couple of days--though it did help living only a hour's drive from the seller's location. Doubled the memory, swapped out the mechanical drive for an SSD, upgraded to Windows 11, and it functions (and looks) like new.

Being and older woman and pretty much non-digital. I didn't realize the information necessary for me to return the item. I was waiting for a code to come in the mail. Unknowing that the "mail" was sent to my email. I got very concerned and contacted them. They responded very quickly and helped me through the process. MHO please be kind to seniors with more info! 😊
