Like many others, this seller neglected to insert crumpled paper or bubble wrap inside the case, and of course the disc came off the spindle and the disc was scratched. You should expect a case that is tacky from removed stickers and old security tape still clinging to the case if this is an example of "very good" condition. One out of thirteen DVDs I buy are off the spindle so I guess this is the new norm.
