The only good thing I can say about this was the fast delivery. The sizing guide is garbage. I did all the required measuring it told me to and it said I would need a large. Absolutely wrong. I would need extra large. If I was to wear the large I would probably have lost circulation to my hands within an hour. The product material was very good and would have provided adequate support but the strap was nowhere near long enough to fasten properly. A complete waste of money in the end
