The item was damaged but with little tweaking of the socket pins, it is back to life. The seller kept his word of partial refund but first requested me to close the current return request as with the request open they can not offer partial refund. This raised red flags as once the return is closed I have no protection but I did what the seller said. They did kept their words and did the refund so I will say this is a honest seller.
