My interaction with the seller was very positive, and I had an idea of what I was getting myself into by buying a discounted open box. Luckily all of the necessary hardware, and bits were still in the packaging. however I do have slight problems with the right arm in terms of spring tension but it is manageable, and I knew what I was getting into buying an open box item.
