Item was listed as 24hr shipping and 24hr courier. yet 9 days later item was still not flagged as shipped. I contacted seller to ask for tracking info and received no response. Magically however that same day, tracking info was added to item and Yodel showed it to have been shipped that day. 3 days later it arrived safely, but at least 10 days late.
