Doll arrived with distinct cigarette smell on doll, in her hair and clothes. Very disappointing. Seller denied this was possible, but was eventually apologetic and did offer to refund the item for a return if I was not satisfied. They would not agree to a partial refund. Honestly, it wasn't worth the hassle of a return as it did not cost much. Now I see why. Tried washing, but smell would not come out. Sellers should disclose cigarette smell in their descriptions or not sell such items.
