The car seat arrived in a tattered box with the isofix metal arm bent out of shape and scuff marks all over the base of the seat. Extremely disappointed. Car seat is not able to be used. The car seat is apparently new, however arrived without Maxi Cosi packaging or plastic coverings that you would expect of a new item.
