I received the item and it was chipped (see picture) and there were huge scratches all over the signature area. Everything else about the process was smooth and a good experience minus the actual product itself being damaged and then the seller not responding at all to my continuous outreach. I don't think it was deliberate damage by any means but I just wish the seller would have responded and made it right.
