    Hello, we're very sorry the cards arrived damaged. Our team actually takes very special care when making the packs and there shouldn't be any damaged cards. We tried to work with you and messaged you multiple times but no response was given. anytime people say there's damaged cards or lost packages, we eat the loss and offer a partial refund or full refund, since ebay will side with us just by seeing the tracking saying it's been shipped. again, sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory.
