Item received was not what I was expecting because I couldn't read the display. Seller and I disagreed on whether it was functional or not and had to get eBay involved to get my money back. Seller needs to learn what customer service means.

Seller has been in business for over 20 years, buyer needs to learn that attempting to EXTORT seller for a refund/ free item is NOT going to go the way they plan. refusing to negotiate with feedback terrorists is not bad customer service. Yes we disagreed but still offered you a free return, you didn’t want to do that, you wanted a refund AND to keep the item, you had no intention of returning the item. Weird all of our bad feedback comes from customers that want to keep the items we sell & do
