I paid over $70 for a 550 piece puzzle that the box was in very poor condition, I mean all for corners are busted and the box has water stains/damaged. A condition like this needs to be identified in the listing, by not showing the true condition, it is hiding the condition to deceive the buyer, which is fraud and misrepresentation, which is a crime.

Pictures accurately reflected the condition and the item was auctioned for 7 days, buyer had ample time to request more pictures. Full refund was offered, buyer did not want a refund and refused to return item. No misrepresentation was intended or made deliberately and efforts to correct the problem were rejected by buyer.
