The Zara dress arrived promptly and was well packaged. Unfortunately the dress was too big but was no fault of the seller. I had not ever purchased any clothing from the Zara label before and it was unfortunate that their sizing didn't suit me. I emailed the Ebay team who contacted the seller on my behalf and they were kind enough to agree to a refund. My thanks to the seller for their understanding and I will definitely order other items from them in future.
