Before doing business I contacted the seller and asked him about the item. He told that the projector was almost new. When I received it and proved it, the projector show some problems like turning off 5 or 10 minutes later after turning it on, the remote control doesn't work and it was not the projector control, it was very different. When contacted the seller and asked him for a partial refund to solve the problem, he said no.

I Tested this projector and it worked fine while in my possession. User asked for Partial refund, Typically I dont offer partial refunds , I offered full refund to customer , just wanted the projector shipped back , Customer was unwilling to ship back the projector , So no refund was issued.
