Product was in brand new condition and labeled size 9.5. I wear a size 9M US but chose to purchase 1/2 size larger due to shoes being open. I’m not sure if the “manufacturer” used US or UK size chart but these beautiful Betsey Johnson wedges fit like a size 8. The shoes are gorgeous and in excellent condition, but they’re cut small.
