The sleeves are too long, and the torso seems long for a 40S. Both are more suitable for a 40 Long. The product tag does indicate the size as '40S', so I can't blame the seller. However, I need to figure out if it can be altered by a tailor or not (shortening the sleeves may require relocating the cuff buttons, torso may not be possible.)
